So you did all the things "they" say you should.......
You had children, you got a decent job, and now it's a repetitive day in and day out existence.
You are literally just getting through each day, and hoping everyone comes through it alive.

You're waking up and getting your children ready, and rushing off to work, cause you're almost late - again.
You are getting through your work day with as much energy and enthusiasm as you can muster, and then you remember "did someone have an appointment today?"
You run through your mental checklist, and think "someone had something today".
By the time you remember, it's over, and you missed it.
You barely get home in time for whatever, the children are super excited for whatever happened at school, and you forgot to take something out for dinner this morning.
Leftovers and frozen veggies it is then!!
Children barely eat it, you get them settled for bed, and by the time you look at the clock, it almost 10 pm, you have laundry to do, lunches to make, and oh yeah, your friend has been talking to you about self-care.
And wants you to call them........
